Wind energy provides breath of fresh air for Romanian economy


The Romanian government has approved an emergency ordinance on the amendments to the Law 220/2008 on the support scheme in renewable energy, aimed at being harmonised with the EU Commission's decision in the same field.

The Romanian Wind Energy Association's (RWEA) data states that wind energy can attract investments exceeding €5 billion by 2013.
