Jailed Venezuelan opposition leader Leopoldo Lopez sentenced to 13 years and nine months in prison, on charges of inciting violence.
US based NGO, Human Rights Watch (HRW), described the conviction of Lopez and three other Venezuelan students as baseless. HRW said the trials failed to provide evidence linking the accused to a crime.
