Finally, a very tough UN no nonsense weapons inspection resolution has been served on Baghdad. And the US has come to understand the wisdom of working the Iraq problem through the UN Security Council. We may, or may not, be further away from a war, but the status of the UN and international law is being upheld as it should be. It is the most hopeful sign in many weeks.
