Tillerson receives World Petroleum Council’s Dewhurst Award

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson told the World Petroleum Council Congress in Istanbul on July 9 that Turkey is also an important partner in US efforts to promote greater energy security because it sits at the crossroads.
