This season, Paris pays its tribute to women artists. Besides the magnificent exhibition dedicated to Artemisia Gentileschi at the Maillol Museum, which we introduced last week, the Jeu de Paume Museum, in close collaboration with the Ryerson Image Center in Toronto, presents the work of famous American photographer, Berenice Abbott (1898-1991). 

This retrospective, in which over 140 photos and documents are exhibited, traces back the three major periods of the artist’s career....
