UN urged to investigate Russia’s use of banned weapons in Syria


Russian forces in Syria are systematically and deliberately using incendiary weapons to kill, maim and terrorise innocent Syrian civilians, including women and children, according to the Syrian Opposition High Negotiations Committee. The group’s general coordinator, Riyad Hijab, has called on the United Nations to investigate.
