To tackle hatred towards Jewish people, the UK will adopt an international definition of anti-Semitism.

Police, councils, universities and public bodies can adopt the wording, which was created by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA), reported the BBC.

Announcing the move, British Prime Minister Theresa May also accused the Labour Party of "turning a blind eye" towards anti-Semitism.
