Police in the Netherlands have arrested a man, locked in the toilets of a Paris-bound Thalys high-speed train.

AP reported that the high-speed train was evacuated as a precaution at Rotterdam Central Station. Police reported in tweets that the arrest went off without incident, although the man was taken to hospital because he had hyperventilated after his arrest.
