The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Royal Dutch Shell, Peter Voser, announced Thursday his plans to retire in the first half of 2014.
Voser, 55, said his decision was driven by a desire for a change of lifestyle, Sky News reported.
Shell’s boss was appointed CEO with effect from July 2009. Since 2004 he has been occupying the position of executive officer in the company.
