Schäuble and Padoan ask Britain to stay


A British out would be devastating to the project of European Integration; "stay" was the main message of the Italian and German finance ministers over the weekend.

Don’t leave us this way

Speaking to the Guardian, Pier Carlo Padoan noted that Britain’s exit would trigger a domino effect in Europe, boosting Euro-sceptic parties across Europe, beginning from France. Speaking to the BBC, WolfgangSchäuble  said that a British exit would be “poison.”
