Russia last Thursday presented its vision for a secure global energy supply system at a meeting of the G8 energy ministers in Moscow. “The central issues are the adequacy of the resources and their economic, infrastructural and ecological technical accessibility,” Industry and Energy Minister Viktor Khristenko said at the start of talks ahead of July’s summit of G8 leaders in St. Petersburg.
