Russia's space agency, Roscosmos, recently announced a new goal: to establish a colony on the moon.
Opposing NASA's moves toward Mars, the Russian agency will move toward the moon, with hopes they can work with the US to explore opportunities in both locations, Igor Komarov, head of Roscosmos told Bloomberg.
