Russia and Kazakhstan have agreed the terms of an intergovernmental agreement on cooperation to set up a joint venture based on Orenburg Gas Processing Plant. The Russian government’s press service said that Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov signed the corresponding directive on August 12.
