Russia to enhance ICT cooperation with the EU


The Russian Ministry for Information Technologies and Communications and the Russian Ministry for Education and Science will form in April a workgroup for ICT interaction with the European Union, OSP International reported on March 9. It will become the start of the Russian-European cooperation under the Seventh European Framework Programme, FP7, which will allocate 9.1 billion Euro for its ICT-part.
