Report finds increased export of EU agri-food products

The value of EU agri-food exports in March 2019 reached € 12.6 billion which is 7% above the level of March last year, according to the latest monthly agri-food trade report published on 06 June.
Imports in March 2019 were valued at € 2.5 billion, a 34% increase over the positive trade balance of € 1.9 billion in March 2018.
The United States is the first source for imports and first destination for exports.
