Proodeftiki SA, an Athens quoted engineering contractor, said it has been allocated a budget of 21.5 million Euro by Romanian authorities for a road building project in the Balkan country. The company forged a merger with another contractor, namely Athena SA, according to ANA. Participation in the project is 65 percent, or 13.975 million Euro.
