Palace declares no IS threat in Philippines


The palace of the president of the Philippines has issued an official statement that there is no link between a local Muslim rebel group in Mindanao and Islamic State, despite the claim of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) that IS is recruiting members.
