Nord Stream gas to flow from Russia to EU in October


Engineers working on the Nord Stream natural gas pipeline have completed the so-called Golden Weld, the first line stretching across the Baltic Sea from Vyborg, Russia, to Greifswald, Germany, and gas is expected to flow from Russia to Europe in October, the consortium told New Europe on 24 August.
