New partnership for central and eastern Europe? [ANALYSIS]


The presidents of Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia and Serbia met on 18 and 19 February in Lány, Czech Republic to discuss  European affairs. The meeting had been arranged in 2010 at a meeting of the UN General Assembly.
