Nestle under fire as California water crisis escalates

As California water crisis escalates, protesters complaint about the tens millions of gallons of Sacramento municipal water which are being tapped by a Nestle plant.

According to the US website Public Eye, Nestle Waters North America has operated a bottling business in southeastern Sacramento since 2010. The company buys water from the city of Sacramento to produce and fill bottles of its Pure Life Purified Drinking Water.
