A delegation that included all 29 members of the NATO alliance met, for the second time this year, with officials from Russia in Brussels on 5 July to discuss the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, and transparency.
"Our discussion was frank but necessary. NATO and Russia hold fundamentally different views but we are committed to continuing our dialogue," said NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg after chairing the NATO-Russia Council meeting....
