Mogherini holds a number of bilaterals in Singapore

European Union Representative for Foreign Affairs Federica Mogherini delivers her address during the second plenary session of the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) 18th Asia Security Summit in Singapore, 01 June 2019. The IISS Asia Security Summit is an annual gathering of defense officials in the Asia-Pacific region and is dubbed the Shangri-La Dialogue in honor of the hotel where the event is held. The summit will be held from 31 May to 02 June 2019.

EU’s foreign policy chief, Federica Mogherini, attended the IISS Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore, that brought together Ministers of Defense from Singapore, US, China, Japan, Republic of Korea, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, France, and the UK.
She met with the Prime Minister of Singapore, Lee Hsien Loong, and Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan and they discussed the recently signed Partnership and Cooperation Agreement, the Free Trade Agreement and the Investment Protection Agreement.
She also held a number of bilateral meetings with interlocutors from all over the world and spoke at a panel dedicated to Korean security.
