Malaysians march for prime minister’s resignation


Malaysians are united in their anger at the mismanagement of Malaysia. So said the organisers of demonstrations in Kuala Lumpur calling for the prime minister’s resignation over fraud allegations.

As reported by Al Jazeera, Prime Minister Najib Razak responded by criticising the organisers. He said calls for his resignation are “haram” which means they are forbidden by Islamic law.
