Iranian Tesnim news agency reported that Iranian Transport Minister, Abbas Akhoondi, announced that Tehran will buy 114 civil aircrafts from Airbus

Iran will buy 114 civil aircrafts from Airbus and the first deliveries to flag carrier Iran Air are expected to tale place as early as July, Iranian Press TV reported.

The Iranian website reported that on Saturday, Iran's Transport Minister Abbas Akhoundi said the country plans to purchase 114 civil aircraft from the European aircraft maker. “We have taken the first step in agreeing with Airbus to buy 114 planes,” Akhoondi was quoted as saying by the Tasnim news agency.
