Macron to US to meet Trump on Iran, trade, Russia


French President Emmanuel Macron is making his first state visit to the United States, April 23-25, at a time of fading British and German influence.

His visit is expected to be dominated by U.S.-European differences on the Iran nuclear deal and trade.
