Luxembourg’s highest overturns LuxLeaks whistle-blower conviction

Luxembourg’s highest court ruled to overturn the LuxLeaks whistle-blower’s conviction.

Antoine Deltour was accused of stealing tax documents during an audit led by PwC.  The leak exposed the role of Luxembourg in tax evasion for multinational behemoths such as Apple, Ikea and Pepsi.
