LUKoil plans to produce 23.8 million tonnes of oil in the third quarter, a shade more than the 23.7 million tonnes it produced in the second quarter, the Russian oil major said in its financial report. The company also plans to produce 2.9 billion cubic metres of gas, compared with just over four billion cubic metres in the second quarter.
