BUCHAREST - The Romanian capital – Bucharest – has hosted a “16+1” international conference recently. The energy ministers of sixteen European countries and of China took part in the conference.
The participants discussed energy cooperation in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) that would involve Chinese investment. The energy ministers of Slovenia, Slovakia, Albany, and other countries of that region spoke at the conference.
