A Kenyan court has issued an arrest warrant for Sudan's President Omar al-Bashir over alleged war crimes in Darfur, after Kenya faced serious international condemnation whenauthorities allowed Bashir to visit the country in August in defiance of an International Criminal Court (ICC) warrant for his arrest.
