At a very sensitive political moment, Commission's President Jean-Claude Juncker, in his state of the Union speech delivered on September 9 in Strasbourg, told the audience that the Commission looks forward to a reasonable and balanced Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) deal.
