Greece will elect 21 MEP using proportional representation with a 3% threshold for any party.
Each party will file its own party list for the entire country, which forms a single electoral district solely for the European Parliament elections. Seats will be allocated proportionally to parties and candidates will be allocated seats in the order they appear on their party's list.
