We run for our hearts and our bones, to melt away fat, to get stronger, to prevent illness, to live a happier longer life. I have been asked repeatedly, ‘do you ever get tired of running?’ Of course, I do. Sometimes things get tough, and I do not want to put on my running shoes. I do not want to get out for a run specially after a long day at work or when dealing with some kind of emotional stress. It is human and it takes tremendous work to constantly motivate and inspire myself.
