George Osborne – the Napoleon of Notting Hill


After Brexit, he remained Chancellor of the Exchequer but had to ditch his ambitious budget for the next years and is more and more isolated because of his close association with Cameron. George Osborne was born Gideon Oliver Osborne, in 1971, and grew up in Notting Hill, the Victorian district close to Chelsea out of which also came his long time friend David Cameron.
