New Europe caught up with Brussels-born film director Joachim Lafosse at the 69th edition of the Cannes Film Festival to ask him about his well-received ‘After Love’ ( L‘économie du couple) that was screened in Directors‘ Fortnight.
Joachim Lafosse, who was born in Uccle in Brussels, directed À perdre la raison (2012) which was selected for the Cannes Film Festival in the Un Certain Regard section winning the Best Actress award. He has also directed Nue propriété (2006) and Élève libre (2008). ...
