Moscow fails to change EU stand against Hamas


The European Union plans to support the United Nations’ relief organisation for Palestinian refugees with 264 million Euro (USD 349 million) between 2007 and 2010, the EU Commission said February 28 in Brussels. This would be a seven percent increase from the previous four-year period.
