The EU Managing Director for Africa at the European External Action Service (EEAS), Nick Westcott, has traveled to Nairobi, Kenya in order to offer the EU's solidarity and support regarding the recent hostage incident at the Westgate Shopping Mall, and discuss future action to tackle radicalization and financing of terrorism, both in Kenya and in the region.
