EU fisheries ministers have agreed to end the practice of discarding unwanted fish.
Ministers agreed to end the controversial practice of throwing fish back into the ocean after marathon talks in Brussels, which ended in the early hours of Wednesday morning (27 February).
According to estimates, about 25% of European catches are thrown back.
