EU Council calls for a comprehensive long-term industrial policy strategy

The Council adopted on 27 May conclusions on an “EU industrial policy strategy: A vision for 2030″.
These conclusions are the Council’s contribution to the Commission’s task of presenting such a comprehensive strategy by the end of 2019, and provide strong messages for the future EU industrial policy strategy, for the next decade.
