EU and Britain to present post-Brexit plan on WTO membership

When it comes to world trade, the UK’s biggest problem may not be Brussels


The European Union and the UK will submit a joint proposal that will allow a transition to separate membership of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
An anonymous EU source told Reuters on Monday that the two sides should be ready to submit this proposal between September and October 2017.
