EU, Africa discuss migration crisis plan


European Union and African leaders gathered at a summit in Malta on November 11 for talks on joint action on the migration crisis.

As reported by the Agence France-Presse (AFP), the EU chiefs plan to offer their African counterparts funds in exchange for help stemming a migrant influx generating political and economic headaches for governments across Europe.
