E.ON offers Gazprom Hungarian assets


The German energy concern E.ON AG has offered Gazprom all of its Hungarian assets in exchange for participation in a project to develop the South-Russia gas and oil field, Gazprom Deputy CEO Alexander Medvedev told journalists at an international conference on energy security in Moscow last Monday, Interfax reported.
