ELN Survey: European elite deeply polarized on its Russia policy


A survey of European political, military, and diplomatic elites suggests that 85% of the continents leadership believes the EU should aim at transforming Russia, rather than accommodating to Russia. But, a closer look reveals deep cleavages in Europe's Russia policy.
