VentureFriends, PJ Catalyst of Piraeus Bank and AddVenture are among the local and global funds that have given their support to Douleutaras.gr and its more than 3,500 rated professionals, turning the platform the into the largest website for professional services in the Greece.
It was four years ago, in November 2013 when the platform was aired, raising €350,000 by April 2015 and doubling its users within a semester in January 2016. 2016 was then the year for Douleutaras.gr to expand to Greece’s second largest city, Thessaloniki, a gateway, and transport hub for the country, for the Balkans and the wider SE European region and by September, the platform had completed its second successful funding of €1.2 million.
Today, more than 170,000 users in Greece have already trusted Douleutaras.gr’s services to find the best match, the most appropriate and reliable professional and home service in Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, and Heraklion. According to Douleutaras.gr’s CEO & Founder, Andreas Grammatis, the company plans to expand in all of Greece and abroad. “The resonance of our effort has surpassed even our most optimistic expectations. Our goal from now on is to provide even more functions that will allow our users to consume professional services with the same ease of ordering products online,” said Grammatis announcing the plans for the expansion of the platform.

For example, filling a form in Douleutaras.gr to arrange to move within Athens took us only one minute, allowing us to get detailed answers by professionals fast via email or sms.
