Queen Beatrix of The Netherlands went on her second state visit to Belgium last week. The first visit of the Queen took place in 1981 when King Baudouin I was on the Belgian throne. Fifteen years on, Beatrix visited the land of Baudouin’s brother and successor, King AlbertII.
