Parliament and Council negotiators agreed yesterday on a draft law to better protect workers posted abroad temporarily. In the draft law, MEPs clarified rules for companies, by distinguishing genuine posting from attempts to disregard the law, but also gave EU Member States some flexibility in carrying out compliance inspections.
