Deadly attack in foreigner’s guest house in Afghanistan

14 people were killed and dozens injured after the terrorist attack

Taliban militants attacked a foreigner’s guesthouse in Kabul and killed 14 people, while dozens injured.

A police officer told Al Jazeera that the Palace Park Hotel hosted a party for foreigners during the terrorist attack. Approximately 100 people were inside the guesthouse, waiting to see a music concert by a popular Afghan singer. After heavy shooting, police managed to take control of the situation and rescued the 54 hostages.  The two gunmen were shot dead by the police.
