According to the US daily, Cyprus scores well with regard to its policies in the banking and financial services business, the level of salaries and prices, guaranteeing the right to own personal property, legislation governing the activities of foreign companies and fighting financial crime. Cyprus’ scoring has improved to near “excellent” due to the slow rate of inflation.
