Eurozone finance ministers have agreed a bailout for Cyprus, in return for an audit of money-laundering practices carried-out on the island.

The details of the bailout, worth €17 billion, are expected to be finalised by the end of the month. Eurogroup chair, Jeroen Dijsselbloem, said on 4 March that details of the arrangement were still to be worked out at this stage, but admitted that he was “pleased” with the agreement reached with the Cypriot government over money-laun...
