It would cost an estimated four billion Euro to form the Kazakhstan Caspian Transport System (KCTS), which would enable Kazakhstan to transport its own via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline, Alain Przybysz, vice president of Total for Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan told Interfax.
