The European Commission denied earlier today reports that Greece faces a €10bn funding shortfall for its bailout programme. However, the Commission conceded that there is what it calls a 'small' gap in the numbers.
European Commission Spokesman for Economic and Monetary affairs tweeted that repots in German newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung, of a €10bn financing gap in Greece's programme "are wrong. The programme is fully funded for the next 12 months."
